CONTRACTS from the United States Department of Defense
Magnum Medical Joint Venture, Angleton, Tex and Luke and Associates, Merritt Island, Fla., are each being awarded a $1,926,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity; fixed price with economic price adjustment contract. This action provides for the contractors to recruit, qualify and retain health care workers at 63 Air Force medical treatment facilities in 58 geographic locations. The Air Force can issues delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although the actual requirements may be less than the amount above. To date $500,000 has been obligated to each contractor. The work will be complete November 2010. The Air Force District Washington, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington D.C., is the contracting activity.
