U. S. Installation Realignment In Italy Announced
The Department of Defense announced today the decision to
inactivate and return eight communication sites to Italy. The sites
are: Mt. Cima Gallina, Mt. Paganella, Mt. Corna, Mt. Cimone, Mt.
Serra, Mt. Venda, Ceggia, and Coltano Communications Site.

This Act may be cited as the "Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
of 1978 Amendments Act of 2008" or the "FISA
Amendments Act of 2008", including 'Statement of exclusive
means by which electronic surveillance and interception of certain
communications may be conducted.'
