Udenrigsminister Gustav Rasmussen (S) udtaler i radioen, at det er
en hovedopgave for dansk udenrigspolitik at 'frigøre landet
fra den afhængighed af andre magter, som krigstiden har
medført, militært, finansielt og
økonomisk'.

Mellemøsten - Israel - Palæstina
Første FN generalforsamlings resolution om
Mellemøsten: "1: That the First Committee grant a hearing to
the Jewish Agency for Palestine on the question before the
Commitee;
2. To send to the same Committee for its decision those other
communications of a similar character from the Palestinian
population which have been recieved by the special session of the
General Assembly or may later be submitted unto it".
Palæstina deles i en arabisk og en jødisk stat med
Jerusalem som internationalt område under FN. Kilde:
