Trueblood, Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin Trueblood var aktiv i the Christian Arbitration and Peace Society og i the American Peace Society frem til 1915.
Benjamin Franklin Trueblood boede i Frankrig, 1890-1891. I 1892 blev han generalsekretær for den amerikanske fredsforening, en stilling han beholdt indtil sin pensionering den 7. maj 1915. Han deltog i Haag fredskonferencen i 1899 og gjorde mange rejser til udlandet for at fremme international voldgift og fred. Benjamin Franklin Trueblood var foredragsholder og forfatter af internationale emner, og fungerede som redaktør af tidsskriftet the Advocate of Peace fra 1892 til 1915. Forfatter til The Federation of the World / Sammenslutningen af verden, 1897. Oversætter af Kants Zum Ewigen Frieden til engelsk, 1897.
