Folkemord, Rwanda
To franskbyggede SAM-missiler affyres mod et fly med præsidenterne fra Rwanda, Juvinal Habyarimana, og Burundis præsident Ntaryamira. Ingen påtager sig ansvaret for terrorismen. Flystyrtet bliver startskudet til et efterfølgende folkedrab på omkring en million mennesker og borgerkrig i Rwanda.

Two French-built SAM missiles fired from an aircraft hits a airplane with the Presidents of Rwanda, Juvinal Habyarimana and Burundi President Ntaryamira. No one takes responsibility for the terrorism. The airplane crash is the starting shot for a subsequent genocide of about one million people and civil war in Rwanda.
