Honeywell’s Nuclear Weapons Parts Plant Contract is Extended
The National Nuclear Security Administration has extended Honeywell’s contract to run the Kansas City nuclear weapons parts plant by up to five years. Officials said they didn’t want to disrupt operations while a replacement facility is being built for the current plant in the Bannister Federal Complex.
