CONTRACTS from the United States Department of Defense
Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Space and Strategic
Missiles, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded $654,946,264 for
Modification PZ0001 under previously awarded
cost-plus-incentive-fee/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract
(N00030-06-C-0100) to provide for TRIDENTII(D5) missile production
and deployed system support for TRIDENT II (D5) and TRIDENT I (C4).
Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Irvine, Torrance and Santa
Ana, Calif. (33.42 percent); St. Mary's, Ga. (15.76 percent);
Brigham City, Utah (15.76 percent); Cape Canaveral, Fla (11.89
percent); Silverdale and Nepoulsbo, Wash. (10.5 percent);
Gainsville, Va. (2.34 percent); Kingsport, Tenn. (1.65 percent);
and miscellaneous sites throughout the U.S. (9.3 percent). Work is
expected to be completed by September2010. Contract funds in the
amount of $247,625,563 will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the
contracting activity.
