Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher refused the request of Frank Allaun to release the top secret report on the results of Britain's first nuclear test in 1952 (Operation Hurricane), citing section 3(4) of the Public Records Act 1958, stating: "The material is still sensitive and it is not yet appropriate to release it."
