'This film documents the two day anti-Vietnam War rally held in Sproul Plaza at the University of California. There are many scenes of students gathering, activities, carrying signs, collecting money, etc. Identified speakers include Robert Scheer, Dr. Benjamin Spock, Mario Savio, Norman Thomas, Dick Gregory, Norman Mailer. There are many unidentified speakers. The Committee performs a comedy skit and Phil Ochs sings Love me, I'm a liberal. The film concludes with hanging Lyndon Johnson in effigy and burning draft cards.
