Bennett, Scott H.

Scott H. Bennett (bennetta@georgian.edu) is an Assistant Professor of History at Georgian Court University. He received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University in 1998. He has published on peace history, radical pacifism, nonviolent social movements, and World War II conscientious objectors. He is the author of "Radical Pacifism: The War Resisters League and Gandhian Nonviolence in America, 1915-1963" (Syracuse University Press, 2003). He is the book review co-editor of H-Peace and a board member of the Peace History Society. Currently, he is working on two editing projects involving the World War II correspondence of radical pacifists and conscientious objectors.
